Paris CDG Airport Tax Refund

Paris CDG has an efficient tax refund system at the CDG airport. It is worth writing :) It really saves time!

I liked it much, Pablo kiosk where you can scan barcode on your tax free form to be stamped by custom just at the corner of the customs office. After you scan your tax free form if you see green OK on the screen then no need to see the custom officer just go to the Travelex to refund. Thats all :)

2- Go to Travelex to refund

I have no idea in which conditions would Pablo rejects the form..

You need to spend more than 175 Euro for tax free in France. You get approximately 12% of your total spending back. Tax free rate varies between the stores.

I recommend the Travelex at the departures floor not the one just next to customs office (I have been at Terminal 1, do not know the others). Departures floor is at the second floor just 1 stairs up.. No need to wait..
